The Women’s Center has 10 labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum suites, or LDR rooms, where a new mother-in-progress could remain in the same room during her hospital stay. We also have an additional 20 postpartum rooms in our new Mother Baby Suites. The Women’s Center provides a family-centered atmosphere designed to help fathers, siblings and grandparents learn to care for the family’s newest addition.

Our experienced nurses and our 2 International Board Certified Lactation Consultants are also on hand to answer questions on a variety of topics ranging from breastfeeding to pediatric care. For women who’ve been identified to be at risk for perinatal and/or medical complications, the hospital opened the Fetal Testing Suite. There, expecting mothers have a comfortable and private room where a variety of outpatient fetal tests can be performed.

The Women’s Center also features a Gynecology Unit to meet the special needs of women – from adolescence to menopause. Our nursing staff focuses on the personal care of each patient – doing everything possible to ensure physical and emotional comfort.
