If you have a concern about your care or safety while you are a patient at Gulf Coast Medical Center that has not been addressed, you are encouraged to contact Hospital Administration at (850) 747-7100. If your concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, you can contact the Joint Commission at 1-800-994-6610 or via email at: complaint@jcaho.org.
